Our fulfillment center in Portland, Oregon operates Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on handcrafted quality, which means most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique tracking number.

Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. We understand dogs will be dogs, but for hygiene reasons, items with significant pet hair or odors may be subject to a restocking fee.

We process orders quickly, but we can usually update your address if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Please use our Contact Us page with your order number immediately.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. Damage from chewing or improper use is not covered, but we do offer a one-time "Oopsie" discount of 20% for a replacement if your pup gets a bit too excited.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund is processed immediately and typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
